3.1. When you visit led-nordic.com, We use Google Analytics cookies. A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser to recognize your computer on subsequent visits. Cookies help us see how many people visit the site (traffic metric) and how our users interact with the site. We do not process user behavior information that can associate user behavior with specific people.

 

3.2 As mentioned in section. 3.1. we use Google Analytics cookies to give us insight into how visitors use our website. We collect the following general personal information about you, if you are a customer or in contact with us via led-nordic.com: Name, Title, Address, Postal Code, City, Country, Mobile Number and Email Address, and Billing Information as Company Name, CVR No., etc. If the site allows for automatic card payment, we also collect payment card information.

 

4.2. Personal information will never be disclosed to third parties unless you expressly commit to it.

 

4.3. We do not collect any special categories of personal information (sensitive information) about you.

 

  1. Processing of Personal Information

5.1. We only treat personal information to the necessary extent: when you are set up as a customer. For example, it can be necessary for us to fulfill our obligations under agreements and related services. It can also be to meet the obligations we have as a Danish company where we are covered by Danish legislation.

 

5.2. Personal information shall be understood as defined in the Personal Data Act.

 

5.3. We do not make any profiles of you and do not abuse your personal information. Furthermore, we do not disclose your personal information without your consent unless we are required to do so by law.

  • Provide customer service, support, answer questions and comply with your requests
  • Perform your orders and deliver our services and services

We store your personal information on limited access computers that are located in controlled facilities and our security measures are continuously monitored to determine whether our user information is handled properly and with due regard to your rights as a user. However, we cannot guarantee 100 percent security for data transfers over the Internet. This means that there may be a (limited) risk that other unauthorized persons gain access to information when data is sent and stored electronically. You thus disclose your personal information at your sole discretion.

 

8.2. Personal data is deleted or anonymized continuously as the purpose of why we collected terms ends. Personal information is stored for a maximum of 5 years.

 

8.3. The rapid development of the Internet means that changes in our processing of personal data may become necessary. We therefore reserve the right to update and modify these Privacy Policy. If we do, we will of course correct the date under item. 9. “Last Updated” at the bottom of the page. In case of significant changes, we will notify you in the form of a visible notice on our website.

 

8.4. To the extent that personal information about you is processed, you have the right to disclose what personal information is attributable to you according to the Personal Data Act. If it appears that the information or data processed about you is incorrect or misleading, you are entitled to require these corrected, deleted or blocked. You can object to any information about you being treated as a matter of urgency. You may also revoke your consent at any time. You also have the opportunity to complain about the processing of information and data regarding you. Complaints are filed with the Data Inspectorate, cf. section 58 (1) of the Personal Data Act.
