In our Terms and conditions you can read about payment, delievery, returns and the right of complaint.
We accept VISA/Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, VISA Electron, Mastercard Debit, American Express and JCB.
We reserve the amount you have purchased for right after you have placed your order. We do not withdraw the money until the goods have been shipped and, thus, leave our storage room.
If you order before 12 o’clock Monday to Friday we ship the following weekday. After the shipping date, time of arrival for your products depends on your chosen delivery method.
If you change your mind (the right to annul your purchase)
You have the right to annul your purchase for 14 days.
The right to annul your purchase expires 14 days after the day you:
- have receive your article.
- Have received the last article, in the case of an agreement on several different goods, which are ordered in one order and which are delivered individually.
You cannot annul your order by refusing to receive it without clearly and at the same time letting us know.
How to return?
When we receive the item, we credit for your returned items. You pay for expenses in connection with the return of the item. However, we will refund your first paid shipping. In case of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.
Upon return, you are responsible for the item being packed properly. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item.
The state of the article
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way it works. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tried in addition to what is described here, we consider it used. This means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount depending on the commercial value of the item. In order to get the entire purchase amount back, you must do the same as in a physical store: you must try out the item, but not take it into actual use.
Warranty – if there is something wrong with the article
According to the flaw rules of the Sales Law.
When you do business with www.lednordic.com you have 24 months of warranty, of course. This means that you can have a new article, the money back or a price reduction depending on the actual case.
Of course, the complaint must be legitimate and it is necessary that the flaw has not occurred due to incorrect use of the product or other damage coursing behaviour.
Once we have received the form, we will answer you directly by email what should happen.
How soon should I complain?
You must complaint within a ‘fair period’ after you have discovered the flaw. If you complain within 8 days after discovering the flaw, it will always be in time.
How we use your personal information

In order for you to enter into an agreement with us, we need the following information:
We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you.
The personal information is registered with MRKK ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.
When personal information is collected via our website, we ensure that it is always done by giving your express consent so that you are informed about exactly what information is collected and why.
Stakeholders are the only ones with access to the information recorded about you.
We do not store customer information encrypted.
We transmit customer information encrypted.
Information submitted to www.led-nordic.com is in no way sold to third parties, and we do not register any personally sensitive information.
As registered with www.led-nordic.com you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this are directed to us via e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
When you provide your e-mail in connection with a purchase at led-nordic.com we may use the e-mail address to contact you regarding the current agreement and to market similar products, unless you have opted out. Furthermore, led-nordic.com can generally use the e-mail address to market products and services to you to the extent that you have agreed to receive this marketing material. You can always opt out of receiving marketing materials by using the link in the electronic marketing materials that you have received.
Right of appeal
If you want to complain about your purchase, you must contact led-nordic.com by email email@example.com. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can lodge a complaint with the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority’s Center for Complaint Resolution, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can also use the Complaints Solution via www.forbrug.dk, provided the conditions for this are met.
The European Commission’s online complaints portal can also be used to lodge a complaint. It is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. Complaints can be submitted here – http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When submitting a complaint, you must state our e-mail address (firstname.lastname@example.org).
