You can return items you have purchased from us.

You can buy return label at your local store.

Once we have received your return parcel, our customer service will process it as soon as possible. If your return order fulfils the return conditions, we will refund your purchase. If you have any questions, please send an email to retur@led-nordic.com

For your information, it can take up to 14 days from the time you send the parcel until it is registered.
