Buy return label

You can return items you have purchased from us.

On this page you can order a returns slip and purchase return shipping for your return parcel.

Once the payment has been completed, you can retrieve your return note and parcel label on the receipt page. The return note and your purchased parcel label will also be sent to your specified email address.

Once we have received your return parcel, our customer service will process it as soon as possible. If your return order fulfils the return conditions, we will refund your purchase. If you have any questions, please send an email to retur@led-nordic.com

For your information, it can take up to 14 days from the time you send the parcel until it is registered.
